Nothing. The site is made of static pages: there is no contact form, no sign-up, and no data is sent to us.

The hosting provider records the HTTP request (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) as any web server does, for technical and security purposes. Those logs are not used to profile visitors.

Some links lead to third-party sites: TheFork for reservations, Deliveroo and Glovo for delivery, Instagram, and Google Maps for directions. They open in a new tab and handle data under their own policies, which we do not control. None of them is loaded inside this site's pages. The map instead loads images from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and technical request data when they load.

Reservations made through TheFork and orders placed through the delivery platforms are handled by those companies as independent controllers. Telephone reservations are handled by the restaurant directly.
